3. The AI Efficiency Audit

The AI Efficiency Audit is provided free of charge for informational purposes only. Score outputs and recommendations are based on the answers you provide and represent our general guidance, not a formal commitment, contract, or guarantee of specific outcomes. Any engagement that follows is governed by a separate written agreement.

4. Engagements & paid services

Custom AI builds, consultations, and any other paid services are offered under a separate written engagement agreement signed by both parties. That agreement — including scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables, and any guarantees — will take precedence over these Terms for the relationship it covers.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including copy, logos, designs, and the audit tool — is owned by MyAutomates.ai or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Nothing on the site grants you any licence to our intellectual property except the limited right to view it.

For paid engagements, IP ownership of deliverables is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

6. Third-party services

The site links to or integrates with third-party services (e.g. Calendly, Web3Forms, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the audit tool are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that recommendations will produce specific business outcomes for your particular circumstances.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAutomates.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of this site or any free content provided through it. Our total liability arising from your use of the site or any free service we provide is limited to ZAR 1,000.

Liability for paid engagements is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MyAutomates.ai harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

10. Changes to these Terms
