We spend time in your offices and interview every person in the business, one at a time. An owner has an impression of where the hours go. The person doing the task has the detail, so we go and get the detail.
You get a written report and a prioritised roadmap that you keep. Then we build the first system on it, and look after it for the first month. Some of what we find is not an automation problem at all, and we say so when that is the answer.
