We collect personal information you provide directly when you:

• Submit our contact form (name, email, company, message)
• Complete the AI Efficiency Audit (name, email, company, phone, audit answers)
• Book a consultation through our scheduling tool (name, email, calendar availability)
• Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our site, including browser type, device, IP address, and pages visited. This is used solely for site security and aggregate performance analysis.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you've requested
• To prepare and deliver your AI Efficiency Audit results and recommendations
• To schedule and conduct consultations
• To send you information you've specifically asked for
• To improve our website and services
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

4. Third-party services we use

To deliver our services we share limited personal data with the following processors, each under their own privacy terms:

• Web3Forms — receives contact form and audit submissions and forwards them to us by email.
• Calendly — used for scheduling consultations.
• Google Search Console — used for site indexing diagnostics. Does not receive personal user data.
• Google Analytics 4 — used to understand site usage in aggregate, only when you opt in via our cookie banner. We've enabled IP anonymisation. No analytics cookies are set if you decline.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function. We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

6. Data retention

We retain enquiry and audit data only as long as necessary to provide the services you've asked for and to meet our legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

Depending on your location (including under POPIA in South Africa, GDPR in the EU/UK, and similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct or update inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection regulator

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access-controlled storage. Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
