Your first month is included. These start from month two, run month to month, and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Monitor, plus ongoing tuning and a quarterly review of new opportunities.
Improve, plus priority access and four build days each month.
More people means more interviews, so the scope is agreed with you before we start rather than guessed from a price list.
One automation from the roadmap, such as a lead response flow or an internal knowledge assistant. We agree it with you in writing before we build it, so neither of us is guessing what was included.
The report says so. Some inefficiencies are fixed by changing a process or stopping the work, and we recommend that when it is true. If there is nothing worth building, or you decide not to go ahead, you pay R5 000 for the audit and report and keep it. Half the fee is refundable for exactly this reason.
